Call 911 immediately if you or any passenger is injured, if your vehicle is severely damaged and cannot be driven, or if you are blocking an intersection. Please notify Fleet Services of any issue with your vehicle. Please leave a message if calling after-hours or on the weekend.

- Instructions for Roadside Assistance Vendors:
- Identify your vehicle and issue: Give the vehicle number (blue number on rear) and describe vehicle type (sedan, van, etc.).
- Service should be billed to the UCI Fleet Services account. No out of pocket costs for drivers.
- Provide your name, phone number and location.
- If it is safe, be present with the vehicle when service arrives.

Vendor Vehicles

All Enterprise Rent-a-Car contracts include Roadside Assistance coverage, at a cost of $3.99 per day.

GO Rentals Vehicles
GO Rentals does not provide comprehensive Roadside Assistance coverage, but will do their best to assist customers traveling locally. Assistance requested as the result of a mechanical problem or issue with the vehicle that is not the customer's fault is free of charge. All other requests will be billed.
