Parking Permits
A valid parking permit is required at all times when parking on campus. All permit hangtags issued prior to July 1, 2021, are no longer valid. Please dispose of your invalid permit and purchase a new product to continue parking on campus.The campus will no longer be issuing physical permits for faculty, staff, and students - your license plate will serve as your virtual parking permit. When you purchase your permit, you'll be asked to register the vehicle you will be parking on campus. Your vehicle must be registered successfully prior to parking. You may update your license plate once per day in your myCommute account.
For your convenience, UCI Transportation has updated the myCommute online portal to process faculty, staff, and student parking permit sales, sustainable transportation membership applications, and transit product orders. Please log in with your UCInetID and password. Refer to our guide for steps on how to purchase your permit through myCommute.
