Make it easy for your guests to find their way on campus by reserving a set of Directional Signs. Please reserve your signs at least three business days in advance to avoid late fees.

Road Signs offer turn-by-turn directions from any of our seven campus entrances to the parking lot of your choice.

Pedestrian Signs lead your guests from the parking lot directly to your event location.

Transport Your Guests to Your Event in Style

Whether you have an individual guest or a large group, you can arrange with Guest and Event Services to provide transportation to your event. We have everything from Golf Carts to Executive Charter Buses to suit your event transportation needs. For more information regarding charter services, please contact our Charter Fleet Coordinator at charterservices@uci.edu. Please reserve your driver or charter service at least two weeks in advance to avoid late fees.

Our Experienced Staff Can Help Your Event Run Smoothly

Our department has been involved with large campus events since 1991. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff members are eager to help facilitate your parking needs for a successful event. Contact us today to reserve the services of our helpful parking staff, including Parking Attendants and Traffic Directors. Please request staff at least two weeks in advance to avoid late fees.

Parking Attendants provide a friendly welcome to your guests who are parking in any of our lots or structures. Your guests will be given permits sponsored by your event, or may purchase a parking permit directly from an attendant.

Traffic Directors can also be reserved for large events. Our experienced staff will set up traffic patterns to ensure that your guests arrive and depart in a safe and efficient manner.

Valet Services provide first class service to your guests, who will be met near the entrance to your event location and have their car parked by a friendly and responsible valet. Please reserve Valet Services at least two weeks in advance to avoid late fees.

Event staff require a minimum reservation time of 1 hour

We Offer a Variety of Daily Guest Permits to Suit Your Event Needs

Because many departments and organizations have unique parking needs with varying event budgets, we offer several permit types to accommodate your parking needs. The Event Coordinator is available to help you select the best type of permit for your event.

UCI Departments with recharge accounts have the option to utilize the Guest Permit System to arrange permit pick up for their guest at a kiosk.

Reserve a Lot to Guarantee Parking for Your Guests

Put your mind at ease and guarantee a designated place to park for your guests. You can reserve a specific parking lot or have individual spaces in lots or structures blocked off with customized signage. Save a parking place for your guests by reserving space with us today.
Please reserve stalls and barricades at least three business days in advance to avoid late fees. Lot and structure rentals should be reserved at least two weeks in advance.

Arrange for Convenient Access to Your Event

If the location of your event lies within an area on campus that is blocked off by bollards or parking gates, our staff will escort you onto the Ring Mall where you can unload and set up your equipment right next to your event. Don’t carry your equipment back and forth when you can arrange for easy access. Please make your reservation at least two weeks in advance to avoid late fees.

*Access is for loading/unloading only, vehicles will not be permited to park in pedestrian areas.
