USPS Collection Boxes
There are four U.S. Postal Service collection boxes on campus:
- Mesa Court – near the Housing Office on Mesa Road
- Verano Place – on South Verano Road, near Parking Lot 24
- University Hills – near the corner of Gabrielino Dr. and Russell Place
- Middle Earth – near the Housing Office
The University Branch Post Office is located in University Center, across the Watson Bridge from the campus at:
4255 Campus Drive, Suite A100.

Special Pickups
If you have additional USPS mail or parcels to be picked up that would require the Distribution Services drivers to re-enter your building, please call 949-824-6734 for a special pickup.
Distribution Services does not pick up mail for UPS. Visit the following website or call 1-800-742-5877 to schedule a pickup: UPS – Schedule a Pickup.
Mail Stop Authorization
To ensure accurate and secure mail delivery, each department must have a designated mail stop location and authorized recipients. The Mail Stop Authorization Form allows departments to:

- Request a new mail stop location
- Update existing mail stop information (such as a change in department name, location, or authorized recipients)
- Designate individuals who are authorized to receive and handle departmental mail
Submitting this form ensures that UCI Distribution Services delivers mail to the correct department and only to approved personnel.
